beautiful eastern auburb of Nanjing.Founded in 2008,our company has the
registered capital of five million yuan,total assets of thirty million yuan,
serving more than eighty employees. Our company specializes in puoduction and
operation of induction heating oil quenching-tempering spring steel wire ,cold
heading steel wire,bearing steel wire,shaped wire, length of rod straightening
annealing Article and the steel products for construction.
In 2008, our
company has introduced advanced reinforced Straightening Cutting Machine and CNC
bending machine ahoop which is used in construction. As the company has
successfully developed Φ5.0Φ 40 length bending hoop reinforced adjustment
automated production line, so the formation of the annual production capacity of
12,000 tons. In 2010 , company research department develops a new upgraded
version of induction heating oil quenching and tempering line with Zhejiang
university Sanyi Company.Well as the production line configuration, stable
operation and optimization of production of steel quenching and tempering
process of the mechanical properties of products reached or exceeded national
standards,has formde monthlyΦ5.0-Φ18.0 oil quenched and tempered spring steel
wire 500 tons, monthly productionΦ3.0-Φ16.0 cold-drawn steel production capacity
of 500 tons.The main material are
SAE9254、55CrSi、38Si7、60Si2CrVAT、65Mn、72B、82B,etc.
