According to export data from the US Department of Commerce, US exports of tin plate totaled 3,008 mt inDecember last year down 21.1 percent month on month and down 64.6 percent from December last year. Byvalue, tin plate exports totaled $3.3 milion in December compared to $4.0 milion in the previous month and$7.2 million in the same month last year.
There were no significant destinations (1,000 mt or more) for US tin plate in December.
