Chung Hung Steel (CHS), one of the major carbon steel flat re-rollers and also the major welded pipe makers in Taiwan, will announce its January base prices on December 26th.
Due to the weak demand, CHS is likely to decrease its prices, said market participants.
It is expected that the company might cut prices in a range of NT$0~300/ton. Downstream customers also hope new price could fit properly to the current market expectation.
