It is reported that Chinese steel price has continued to rebound which led South America''s trading volume continued downward trend this week. One trader said the deal was quite few, and only Colombian market remained activity this week.
The rising of steel plate price has showed the market remained uncertainty.
Market participants said that if steel prices fell further, the decline would be extended, as the same situation in 2013.
