According to source said that Taiwan announced the anti-dumping investigation final results on imports of steel plates from six countries. Recently, Taiwan does not levy the anti-dumping duty on imports of steel plate from China for new shipments arrival.
Taiwanese customs offices indicated that some importers could import less amount products without imposing the anti-dumping duty, but they didn’t clear announced the qualification of levying anti-dumping duty.
Some experts expected the steel plate imports volume could reach 15,000 tons from China in the first half of this year and these will enough Taiwan market demand.
