According to data from the US Department of Commerce in January of 2017, US hot rolled sheet imports totaled 141,768 tons, down by 3.5% compared with last month, down by 56.4% compared with the same period of last year.
Among them, US hot rolled coils imports from Canada was 82,523 tons, increased significantly compared with 64,315 tons last December, fell significantly compared with 65185 tons the same period of last year; followed by Japan was 29,295 tons; Mexico was 15,347 tons and so on.
