US AUDAX merges aerospace fastener manufacturer FDH-The 18th China(Guangzhou)Int’l Fastener & Equipment Exhibition

Audax Private Equity of the United States (Audax) announced it would acquire American Fastener Distribution from the Housatonic Partners Holdings, LLC (FDH). The total acquisition amount did not reveal.
Headquartered in Marina del Rey, California, FDH is a specialized supplier of aerospace and Defense aviation manufacturers, contract subcontractor and parts wholesalers of aerospace fasteners and other c-class parts of leading wholesalers.
The Audex’s CEO Geoffrey Rehnert said that FDH is aerospace c parts wholesale market led manufacturers, is very excited to work with the FDH team continued through internal growth and additional acquisitions to build a leadership platform.
