Iranian Saba Steel Complex's HRC production hits historic high- The 20th China (Guangzhou ) Int’l tube & pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

It was reported that Iranian Saba Steel Complex, a subsidiary of Mobarakeh Steel Company (MSC), created a new record high for the production of hot-rolled coils in a month as of December 21st, 2018, with the amount of 106,000 tons roughly, of which 88% was hot-rolled coils with a thickness of 2mm.
Based upon the source, Saba Steel Complex has increased its production capacity especially for hot-rolled coils with 2mm thickness to satisfy the demand in domestic market.
MSC planned to produce 9.4 million tons of crude steel by March 20th this year, compared to the production at 8.6 million tons in the previous fiscal year.
The CEO of MSC, Hamid Reza Azimian, said it would be the company’s priority to supply Iranian domestic market, and foreign market will get certain products then.
