China's automotive steel pipe demand continues to improve- The 18th China(Guangzhou ) Int’l tube & pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

According to China Automobile Association estimated that China''s car sales in 2017 was about 29.4 million, 5% more than 2016''s sales. It is speculated that in 2017 the demand for automotive steel will exceed 4 million ton, increased about 20 million tons compared with the same period of last year, in the steel market share increased by 1% -2%.
Despite of the proportion of car tubes demand is small, but accounting for 6% of the overall proportion of cars demand, including 3.5% of seamless pipe and 2.5% of welded pipes.
Therefore, China''s automotive market demand continues to expand, with a huge growth potential in near future.
