According to United States International Trade Commission (USITC) announced on preliminary decided that China''s imports of stainless steel sheet and strip products caused material injury to the industry, which means that the ministry of commerce will continue to promote anti-dumping and countervailing duties investigation of the above products.
United States AK Steel Corporation, North American stainless steel company and Outokumpu stainless steel United States companies have submitted a petition to United States International Trade Commission. USITC has determined the of dumping margins ranging from 51.07% to 76.64%, subsidies are not lower than 2%.
