It is reported that Japan''s mills will get started to negotiate with South-East Asian buyers for stainless steel hot rolled coil prices for September deliveries soon.
Most analysts predicted the prices will be raised by US$20-30/ton.
Currently, most output of China''s first-tier mills are supplying for domestic demand. Therefore, China''s stainless steel exports are expected to be decreased.
