According to the International Stainless Steel Forum (ISSF), the global crude stainless steel output in the second quarter increased by 14.1% year on year to 10.72 million tons.
ISSF indicated that the global stainless steel output in the quarter ended in June registered an increase of 4.9% from the first quarter.
The global crude stainless steel output in the first half increased by 10.6% year on year to 20.94 million tons
