European stainless crude steel output declines in 2013--The 15th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

According to Germany-based Damstahl, European stainless crude steel output dropped to 7.15 million tons in 2013, down by 4% from 7.45 million tons over the previous year.
Meanwhile, Slovenia annual production of stainless crude steel increased in the first 9 months of 2013, but Germany and Sweden annual production of stainless crude steel fell in the same period as reported.
It is expected demand for stainless steel in Europe will increase 3~4% this year.
