Japan's stainless steel imports increase for Jan-Apr-The 18th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

According to the Japanese customs statistics showed that Japan’s stainless steel imports totaled 18,129 tons in April 2017, increased of 18.7% compared with the same period of last year, down by 11.9% compared with previous month.
Among them, Japan’s stainless steel imports from China was 889 tons, fell by about 8.4% compared with previous month, fell by 14% compared with the same period of last year; followed by South Korea was 12,382 tons, increased by 17.9% compared with previous month, down by about 22.6% compared with the same period of last year; Taiwan was 3,413 tons, increased by about 29.1% compared with previous month, increased by 50.7% compared with the same period of last year.
